Je kunt een mantra met muziek ook gewoon luisteren dat is al voldoende volgens mijn Yoga juf ! Wij zijn hier immers in de Westerse wereld en niet in de Oosterse wereld.
Je kunt altijd doen wat je zelf prettig vindt. Luisteren geeft al een effect/rust/ontspanning. Zachtjes mee neuriën is ook goed.
